  • one 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 5 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 2 ounces unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup (1 1/4 ounces) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1 cup (4 to 5 ounces) red raspberries, picked over for stems (optional)
