  • 3-inch piece gresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 rounded teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus additional as needed
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
