  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree, homemade or canned
  • baking spray
  • 1/3 chopped lightly toasted hazelnuts
