  • water (about 2-3 cups)
  • 2 bay leafs (fresh if available)
  • small bunch of thyme (tied)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 lb fresh parpadelle
  • grated parmesan for garnish
