  • 2 oz fried tofu, cut into slices
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
  • 1 .5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 .5tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons waer
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or more, to taste
