  • 2 tbsps fresh orange zest (from 2 large or 4 medium navel oranges)
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice, split into 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup
  • 5 oz. (1 1/4 cups) confectioners’ sugar
