  • 1/3 cup praline paste
  • 4 lg. egg whites
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, slightly firm
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, cut open and grated
  • 1 cup (4 ½ oz.) cashews, toasted/skinless

  • 6 oz. (¾ cup) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¾ tsp. vanilla
