  • 1/4 cup minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes- then drained
  • 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup diced vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
