  • 1 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup 0% fat greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 50 grams sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1-2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
