  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges, to serve
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tbsp hot paprika or chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 fresh serrano peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander
