  • 2 cups coarsely crushed chocolate wafer cookies or oreos
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 4 cups chilled heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • green food coloring
  • colored sprinkles
