  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature, separated
  • 2 tablespoons hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee powder (preferably instant espresso)
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
