  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick), chilled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 cups pecans, toasted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (1/2 stick), small dice
  • 1 small plastic baby (optional)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons sanding sugar
