  • 2 oz. dried apricots, diced
  • 2 oz. golden raisins

  • zest and juice of 1/4 orange
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbs. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 8 slices country-style sourdough bread, cut 1/2 inch thick on the bias
  • 8 oz. camembert cheese, cut lengthwise into slices 1/4 inch thick
