  • 3 tablespoons juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • salt
  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion or shallot
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 teaspoon) ½ teaspoon ground cumin
