  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour, divided
  • 3/4 cup wildflower honey
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (strained so it is pulp free)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
