  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 scallions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, plus more for garnish
