  • 2 to 3 tablespoons orange brandy

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • one 12-ounce jar of seedless
  • raspberry jam
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
