  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 135g rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 egg whites
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 250g low fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 250g 0% fat greek yogurt (strained overnight and at room temperature)
  • 150g soft tofu (strained overnight and at room temperature)
  • 5 gelatin sheets
  • 175g crushed walnuts
  • 8-12 walnut halves
