  • 9 oz orange yam/sweet potato (1 large one)
  • 1 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 large egg
  • two generous pinches of red hawaiian sea salt (or other sea salt)
  • 180 g (1 1/2 cups) macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia honey (or other honey)
