  • ½ fat free plain greek yogurt
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 small can (410g) diced tomatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 10-12 fresh basil leaves
