  • 1 whole-wheat or high-fiber pita (i like weight watchers or joseph’s low-carb pita’s)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or red pepper hummus
  • 1/4 cup crumbled fat-free or reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced zucchini
  • 2 slices red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced red pepper
  • slices of tomato (or a few cherry tomatoes)
  • pinch of salt and pepper and garlic powder
