  • a pinch of nutmeg, to taste
  • 1 15-oz jar organic red and yellow roasted peppers, drained, seeded, cut into strips
  • 12 medium to large organic free-range eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • nutmeg or old bay seasoning, to taste
  • 8 oz. fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan
