  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (use your favorite mix)
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 eggs, 1 reserved for egg wash
  • ¾ cup blanched almonds, toasted and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
  • fine sanding or granulated sugar for dusting
