  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • scant 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional; omit if making nut-free)
