  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons juice and 1 teaspoon zest from 1 lemon
