  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut, if desired
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons milk
