  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest – usually 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon limoncello (can also sub pure vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 egg whisked with a teaspoon of water for egg wash
  • cinnamons-sugar for sprinkling on top crust
