  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (or more, depending on the consistency you like)
