  • 2 tablespoons chinese five spice powder (see note)
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 scallions (green onions) cut into 2” length, julienned
  • 1 lb enoki mushrooms (stems cut from their base so they are loose)
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 8 oz sour cherry jam
  • 1 cup dried sour cherries
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup pomengranate juice
  • 1/4 cup shallots chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
