  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (or regular bread crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
