  • 1/4 cup roasted edamame, divided
  • 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
