  • zest and juice from one large orange (about 1 1/2 tablespoons zest plus 1/4 cup juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup (1 3/4 ounces) pecans, lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
