  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cornichons
  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • pinch of cayenne
  • vegetable oil
  • ratatouille
  • green and yellow squash ribbons
  • any green salad
  • basil oil
  • chive oil
