  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • canola oil for frying
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/8 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 large roasted red bell pepper (from a jar okay), minced
