  • 1 cup (about 7 ounces) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (about 6 ounces) whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups (about 7 3/4 ounces) confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 5 tablespoons shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened is ok)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk (whole milk is also ok)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
