  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
