  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light-brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups blanched hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cherries
