  • 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum
  • 1/4 cup (20gr) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (100gr) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (your choice smooth or crunchy)
  • 2 small bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 160gr farine de riz blanc
  • 40gr farine de tapioca
  • 20 gr de cacao
