  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 tsp. garam masala
  • 3 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
  • steamed basmati rice for serving (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted cashews
