  • 1/2 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp za’atar
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup sultana raisins
  • 1/4 cup toasted unsalted pistachios, chopped
