  • 30 g (1/4 cup) melted unsalted butter
  • 150 g (1 cup) all purpose flour
  • 115 g (3/4 cup) whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 240 g (1 cup) dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup full fat yogurt (not greek style)
  • 2 tablespoon dark rum
