  • 3 large shallots thinly sliced
  • 1 tbs of brown mustard seeds
  • mixed salad greens
  • 2 tbs of mango balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbs of arbequina olive oil.
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped pistachios
  • salt to taste
  • 1 dried red chili
