  • 1 pound confectioner’s sugar, sifted
  • 4-6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • kosher or sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup (100gr) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon (45 ml water)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 gr) corn syrup
  • rubbing alcohol
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grand marnier
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks, softened
