  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, plus 1/4 teaspoon for slaw
  • 8 to 12 tostada shells
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for slaw
  • 16-ounce can refried beans, warmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, for slaw
  • feta cheese, for serving
