  • 2 1/4 cups blue moon belgian white ale, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded gruyere cheese
