  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
  • 1 medium clove garlic, diced, mashed into paste with knife or fork
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves, roughly chopped
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
