  • 1 round 7 1/2-inch almond dacquoise, plus 12 almond dacquoises, for serving
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 large egg whites, room temperature
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • fresh blueberries
