  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 6 slices american cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion (optional)
