  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 1 ounce)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup fine, unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh italian parsley
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 7 thick-cut bacon slices
